How do I clear the browser's cache?
• Internet Explorer: click the 'Tools' menu and choose 'Internet Options'. Click 'General' and then look 'Temporary Internet Files'. Click 'Delete Files' and 'OK'. Click 'OK' again and your browser's cache should be cleared.
• Firefox: click 'Tools' and select 'Options'.Then click the 'Advanced' icon and click the 'Network' tab. Click 'Clear Now' under the Cache section
